Otto reads your store's pages and products, then answers shoppers in the chat window at any hour. He only answers from your own content. When he doesn't know, or the shopper needs a person, he collects their details and hands the conversation to your team.

    Otto scans your pages and products every day and replies only from them. If the answer isn't there, he says so instead of guessing at prices or policies.

  • Knows what the shopper is looking at

    On a product or listing page, Otto already knows the item, its price and details. With the WooCommerce add-on he also sees the cart.

  • Hands off to a person

    “Talk to a person” collects a name, email and optional phone number, emails the shopper a copy of the chat and gives them a reference like OTTO-7K3F-9QXM.

  • Replies in their language

    Shoppers can write in any language and Otto answers in the same one.

  • Dressed for your store

    The chat window takes your style's colours, and the header button speaks your trade: “Ask an agent”, “Find my size”, “Ask about our bakes”.

When Otto can't help

    The shopper asks for a person

    Or Otto offers when he can't answer. They leave their name, email and, if they like, a phone number.

    They get a copy and a reference

    The whole conversation is emailed to them with a reference such as OTTO-7K3F-9QXM. Typing it into the chat later shows the request's status.

    You reply from WordPress

    You get an email, and the chat appears under AI Chat → Conversations. Read the full transcript and reply. Your answer goes to the shopper by email.

    Shop, product, cart and checkout pages are styled, with both the classic and the block cart and checkout.

    Choose a store style under Appearance → Customize, then edit the homepage text, slides and sections live.

  • Real estate ready

    Haven shows bedrooms, bathrooms and area on every listing. With Solis Core, “Book a viewing” sends requests to your agents.

    Every string is in the included .pot file, ready for Loco Translate or Poedit.

  • Privacy switch for fonts

    Fonts load from Google Fonts by default. One setting swaps them for system fonts, so nothing loads from Google.

Questions

Do I have to use Otto?

No. Solis is a complete theme without it. Install Otto when you want the chat, or never.

What happens after the free 12 months?

The chat switches off unless you renew Otto. Your theme, products and orders aren't affected.

Can Otto make things up?

Otto answers only from your store's content and the page the shopper is on. When the answer isn't there, he says so and offers to pass the question to your team.

Where do I find my purchase code?

In your Envato account, under Downloads: choose Solis, then “License certificate & purchase code”. Paste it into AI Chat → Settings.

Can I use one purchase on several sites?

One purchase covers one website, as with any ThemeForest Regular License. Local and staging copies on addresses like localhost or .test don't count.

Where are chats stored?

Otto's server answers each message without keeping it. Only conversations handed to your team are saved, in your own WordPress, and the WordPress privacy tools can export or erase them.
