Running SolisChat on many websites? Our team will put together a plan around you: the number of websites you need, a monthly message allowance shared across them, one license key and one invoice. It grows with you as you add sites.
Prices in US dollars; any tax is shown at checkout. Each plan covers its monthly chat messages; if you reach the limit, the chat offers to pass visitors to you until the month resets, and there’s no extra AI charge. Renewals are emailed as an invoice you pay on this site. Cancel from your account any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Do I need an AI account or API key?
No. The AI service is included in your SolisChat plan. You install the plugin and paste your SolisChat license key; there’s no OpenAI or other AI provider account to create and no separate AI usage bill.
What counts as a chat message?
Each question a visitor sends and SolisChat answers counts as one message, not each conversation. Most conversations are 3 to 5 questions, so 500 messages is about 100 to 170 conversations a month. The welcome message, order tracking and the “Talk to a person” form don’t count. If you reach your monthly allowance, the chat offers to pass visitors to you by email until the month resets on the 1st.
How do I pay, and how do renewals work?
Pay by card at checkout. A few days before each renewal we email an invoice with a link to pay on this site. If a payment is late, SolisChat keeps working for 7 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from My account → Licenses. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you offer plans for agencies or many websites?
Yes. For agencies and businesses with many websites, our team sets up a custom plan: as many websites as you need, a monthly message allowance shared between them, one license key and one invoice, and room to add sites later. Contact us with roughly how many sites you run and how busy they are.
Does it work with my theme?
SolisChat works with any WordPress theme on WordPress 6.0 or later, not only our Solis theme. On WooCommerce shops its product features switch on by themselves.
Can I move SolisChat to another website?
Yes. In My account → Licenses, choose “Move to another website”, then enter your key on the new site.
