Is there a free trial of Solis?

The twelve live demos are the way to try it: each is a real WooCommerce store you can click through, add to cart and chat with. When you buy, you get the same theme and can import any of the demos as your starting point.

Is SolisChat included?

Yes, for a year: 500 chat messages a month (one message is one visitor question answered) on your Solis website, with product recommendations and order lookup. After that you can keep it on a SolisChat plan, or stop. Solis is a complete theme without it.

Where’s my license key?

It appears straight after checkout, in your order email and under My account → Licenses, together with your download. Paste it under Appearance → Solis registration to get theme updates.

Can I use one license on several sites?

One license covers one website: theme updates and the included SolisChat year go to the website your key is registered to. Local and staging copies on addresses like localhost or .test don’t count. Building several shops? Buy a license for each, or ask our team about agency pricing.

Can I change the colors to match my brand?

Yes, without any code. Under Appearance → Customize → Colors, pick your brand colors; text stays readable in light and dark mode. You can also hide homepage sections and choose its categories.

Where are chats stored?

SolisChat’s server answers each message without keeping it. Chats are kept in your own WordPress, for 30 days by default (you can change that or turn it off), and conversations passed to your team stay until you’ve dealt with them.
